Pressure grouting is the injection of grout material at pressure to fill up the foundation cavities & voids. How pressure grouting is done?

We first core through the concrete floor slab using a coring machine until we reach the foundation soil.
Then we prepare a mixture of cement and sand with water.
We then pressure-inject the cement mixture at pre-set pressure until it can’t further fill into the foundation ground.
Lastly, we make good the cored hole and clean up the area. All Done!

Save Cost: you can save much capex as you do not need to hack and repair the whole cracking and sinking area, just need to core and apply pressure grout to enhance the heavy-duty & heavy-traffic area.

Save Time: short project lead time, it can be conducted rapidly. Requires much less time compared to hacking, repairing and re-casting the rc slab.

Flexible Project Time Frame: as this service does not involve much destruction/hacking & we work on a per point basis. We can stop at any time if you have urgent usage or scenarios. In that case, you are still able to use the construction area, as we do not destroy the existing slab surface.

Less Destructive: no hacking is required, we just need to core a 4 to 5cm hole per point (around 1m apart depends on the condition) in order to inject grout materials to the affected area.

Minimal Space Occupation: pressure grouting slab repair requires relatively less working space, this can minimize the disturbance to your operations & productions.

Less Risky: pressure grouting is very easy to conduct and involves low risk compared to other foundation repair works which are more complex and complicated.
