On the other hand, galvalume metal roofs have a mixture of aluminum, zinc, and silicone coating. Galvalume metal roof also called Alu-zinc or Zincalume roof. It has the zinc for sacrificial layer, while aluminum acts as the protective barrier against corrosion.
