Our Building Solutions From Foundation To Rooftop
At Renzo Builders, we offer ranges of building solutions to our clients. Our team is able to build for you from foundation up to complete roofing system. We are actually specialized in building for industrial projects. From piling, pile testing, cast-in-place concrete pile cap, floor beam, rc floor slab, column, treatment plant, machine foundation to steel structure framing construction, floor deck installation, roof truss construction, installing roof purlin, roofing system, cladding, facade, office building masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, cold-water plumbing system, plinth construction and water tank installation, M&E, fire-fighting project management & etc.
Starting from piling work, we commonly use Hydraulic or A-Frame piling rig for pile driving depending on the site conditions, we then drive the precast reinforced concrete pile to specific cut-off level for our construction projects. We are also able to help our clients to conduct various pile testing work such as: dynamic load test – pile driver analyzer (PDA), static/maintain load test (MLT) or pile integrity test (PIT).
Our team of skilled workers is also specialized in concrete & masonry work. The team is able to work efficiently on the formwork carpentry, rebar bar bending, laying BRC wire mesh & floor deck installation. We carry out cast in place concrete work for the pile cap, floor beam & rc slab. Our in-house team is also proficient in machine power concrete screeding, leveling, power float/trowel, and installation of floor hardener too. Beside concreting, we are good at applying non-shrink grout for column, beam, machinery bases & footing.
When it comes to foundation repair for cracking & sinking heavy duty industrial concrete floor slab, pressure grouting can help you solve the problem. For RC slab repair, to restore the spoilt concrete surface or area, concrete coring, cutting/sawing, hacking, piling and concrete re-casting is sometimes required. We do provide professional pressure grouting services for RC concrete slab foundation repair as well as other related works.
Besides that, we also do earthwork, excavation, supply and lay crusher run, compaction & backfilling. Our team is experienced in doing excavation for underground treatment plants construction and also preparing the site for below ground level machine foundation or weighbridge construction. It is very important to build a precise and proper machine foundation or treatment plant for your factory, we are confident to construct one for you.
We are good at structural steel construction, from erecting i-beams industrial building structure to roof trusses fabrication. Our skilled workers mastered welding and steel work very well. Our company is also specialized in building multi-truss systems (as known as light-weight steel construction) for building extension, secondary roof or industrial driveway cover.
Our in-house team can professionally construct strong roof structures, install purlin, metal roofing, fascia, flashing, cladding, facade & etc. We build large scale new factory roofs, conduct roof replacements or roof refurbishment using roof coating systems.
